Your Onboarding Checklist

Here's what we need from you to get started:

Brand Assets

Provide your logo and colours to create a pass that perfectly matches your brand.

  • Logo Displayed in the upper left section of the pass. Specs: PNG, transparent background, width max 960 pixels, height flexible
  • Banner Image Displayed in the upper area of the Wallet pass. Specs: PNG, 1860x738 pixels or larger (make sure to keep the image ratio)
  • Icon Displayed in push notifications on the lock screen as well as in the notification center. Specs: PNG, transparent background, minimum 720x720 pixels, equal ratio (width equals height)
  • Brand Colours Background & Font (hex codes)

Membership Data

Define what information members should see on their pass. Common examples include:

Front of pass

  • Member Name
  • Membership Status / Tier
  • Points / Credits Balance
  • Expiry Date
  • Custom Fields (e.g., preferred store)

Pass details / Back of pass

What additional information do you want members to find under pass details, e.g.:

  • Address
  • Opening hours
  • Promos
  • Contact details
  • Link to social and website
  • Phone number

Membership Card Signup and Distribution

New Member Signup Page:

How will customers get their pass? Do you want a QR code in the store and a landing page for new members to sign up and instantly receive their digital membership card?

Option A: Embed on your website We provide a simple code snippet to add to your site.
Option B: BoostCommerce hosted page A ready-to-go page linked from your marketing.

For your signup page we need to know the welcome text, what fields users have to fill in, what fields are mandatory, and the text for the thank you page.

Existing Members:

Do you want us to create a digital membership card for your existing members and send it to them via SMS or Email? If yes:

Option A: You manage the send (Recommended) You use your current providers (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Twilio, etc.). We provide the pass details for your existing members to send.
Option B: We manage the send Alternatively, we can manage the SMS and/or email send for you (additional cost will incur).

Note: We also need your T&Cs and Privacy Policy URLs.
